3.10-3.11. You’re responsible for device access and fees unless you rent from Hishabee. Rented devices are subject to separate terms.
4.1. Charges are final and non-refundable unless decided otherwise by Hishabee.
4.2. Subscriptions are monthly or term-based, and prices may change with notice.
4.3. Hishabee will deduct fees before sending earnings from e-commerce services.
4.4. Payments are due immediately using your chosen method.
4.5. Hishabee may revise pricing or offer promotional discounts.
4.6. You may be charged for device repairs due to misuse.
5.1-5.5. You consent to Hishabee collecting and processing your personal and business data to provide and improve services.
6.1. Services are provided "as is." Hishabee disclaims all warranties.
6.2. Hishabee is not liable for indirect damages or service failures outside its control.
6.4. You agree to indemnify Hishabee from claims related to your use, violations, or content submissions.
7.1. The laws of Bangladesh apply. Disputes go to Bangladeshi courts.
8.1. Notices may be sent via app, email, or mail.
8.2. All trademarks and IP belong to Hishabee.
8.3. Confidential info must not be disclosed or misused. Obligation lasts for 5 years after termination.
8.4. You can’t assign your rights without permission. Hishabee may transfer its rights.
8.5. This is not an employment or agency agreement.
8.6. If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still apply.
8.7. These Terms are the full agreement between you and Hishabee.
